Hi, my name is JR (Jeremiah Ross)

I’ve spent the last 8 years tinkering with the Customer Support Experience for San Francisco startups. I like startups because you get to wear a lot of hats and build tangible value with customers as the company grows.

I apply service design principles to the customer experience and data science to strategic problem solving.

The problems that I want to solve right now revolve around building data foundations for agentic assistants and developing enablement programs that foster excellence.
