Design as an artisan
Scale as an industrialist
Act for the next seven generations
Hi, my name is JR (Jeremiah Ross)
I’ve spent the last 8 years tinkering with the Customer Support Experience for San Francisco startups. I like startups because you get to wear a lot of hats and build tangible value with customers as the company grows.
My style is to apply service design principles to the customer experience, the open-source ethos to team building, and data science to strategic problem solving.
The problems that particularly interest me right now include: building data foundations in preparation for agentic assistants, reducing friction that slows onboarding and adoption, and establishing the motions that scale as your company grows.
Let’s collaborate!
